Not quite right? Contact us at thepetbubble@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method (usually within 5–10 business days).

Exchanges:

Ordered the wrong size or color? Email us within 5 days. We’ll guide you through the return, then you can place a new order.

If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
